The shoes look just like the picture and are true to size. I've been looking for a comfortable replacement for heels (in terms of looking 'clean' and 'formal' to other people) and these work perfectly. I'll come back in a couple months to see how they hold up/break in with more use, but as of now I'm really happy with my order.
