How to correctly measure your foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

I bought a few boots and sandals from Be Lenka and am very pleased with them. However, moccasins were a bit of a let down. They are very narrow and the metallic buckle makes them very stiff. The size is not the problem, they fit great length wise, the main problem is they are too narrow. I hope they will soften and stretch with time, at the moment I can wear them without socks only and even then my foot feels squeezed like a sausage. Slightly wider option would be great with perhaps elasticated buckle holder for even more comfort.
